Upload the schedule saved as a PDF from the scheduling system. Uploading a doctor's sheet again for the same day replaces it, and any referrals already marked are kept.

How to save the schedule as a PDF
- Open the day's schedule in the scheduling system and click Print.
- Choose Microsoft Print to PDF as the printer and save the file.
- Upload that file here. Don't scan a paper copy.
